Join us for a special workshop using therapeutic massage balls to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and improve mobility.
This 90 minute class will address areas of chronic tension including the hips, neck, shoulders and lower back.
Students will learn about anatomy and self care techniques using Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. The unique Therapy Balls are both pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia, much like a myofascial massage.
Students will experience a deep release in muscle tension and tight fascia, leaving the workshop with increased mobility and improved circulation throughout the body. This workshop is a perfect compliment to any form of fitness training- Yoga, Pilates, running, weight lifting, etc.
