Join us for a special class using therapeutic massage balls with to relieve tension and soothe the nervous system. This 90-minute class will address areas of chronic pain, including the hips, neck, shoulders and low-back.

Students will be guided through self-myofascial release using various-sized therapy balls. Each provide a unique size and density to help target different areas of the body and allow for varying pressure to create a personalized self-massage to meet each student’s individual needs.

*Note: All levels are welcome - No experience with massage balls needed. All props will be provided. Tight clothing is recommended for use with massage balls.
