Spending lots of time sitting these days? Starting to feel pain or discomfort in your low-back and shoulders? Join me for a 45 min mobility class designed to combat poor posture. We'll work through common ailments in the hips, low back, shoulders and neck and talk about how to lessen the impacts of sitting for long periods of time.
Class will be taught on Facebook Live through Triangle Rock Club's Live page. Video will begin a few minutes before 10am, class will start promptly at 10am. If you can't make the live class, it will be available on my facebook and TRC's facebook afterwards.
