Oct 4, 6-7pm
@Triangle Rock Club, North Raleigh

Join me for a special class on myofascial release to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and improve performance in climbing and other activities.

Students will learn about anatomy and self-care techniques using therapeutic massage balls. The therapy balls are both pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia, much like a myofascial massage. Students will experience a deep release in muscle tension and tight fascia, leaving the workshop with increased mobility and improved circulation throughout the body.

If you want to get to know your body better and learn how to treat and eliminate pain and tension, this class is for you!

*Note: All levels welcome - no experience necessary. All props will be provided. Tight fitting clothing is recommended for use with therapy balls. Students are encouraged to drink extra water before and after the workshop. This will be a great compliment before or after a climb.
