INTRO TO THE ROLL MODEL METHOD®

This workshop will combine self-massage techniques and breath work to help reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve mobility. Students will learn about anatomy and self-care techniques using Yoga Tune-Up® Therapy Balls.
The unique Therapy Balls are both pliable and grippy, allowing them to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia, much like a myofascial massage. Students will experience a deep release in muscle tension and tight fascia, leaving the workshop with increased mobility and improved circulation throughout the body.
This workshop is a perfect complement to any form of fitness training – yoga, pilates, running, weight-lifting, etc. If you want to get to know your body better and learn how to treat and eliminate pain and tension, this workshop is for you!
*Note: All levels welcome - no Yoga experience necessary. All props will be provided. Tight clothing is recommended for use with therapy balls. Please drink ample water before and after class.
